Create a research record and add non-operative treatments, operations, assessments and clinical events. Patients can have multiple operations and follow-up histories.
A local research workspace for Zoe International Hospitals: register patients, record their clinical journeys and explore outcomes over time.
This page introduces the project. To enter records and use the registry dashboard, install the prototype on your computer and open its local address. This public page does not collect patient data.
Create a research record and add non-operative treatments, operations, assessments and clinical events. Patients can have multiple operations and follow-up histories.
Filter the cohort by sex, approach, surgery dates and cutoff. Review pain, disability, walking distance, SF-36 domains and externally scored component summaries.
Download descriptive reports, linked datasets and charts. Summaries show available-score counts and missing values, with methods and cohort metadata.
Download and extract the ZIP. Open its extracted Spine-Registry-main folder and follow the installation guide.
Create your own account and seed the demonstration: 60 synthetic patients, 60 operations and 240 visit records.
Start the application, then visit http://127.0.0.1:8000/ on the same computer.
Open one demonstration patient. Practise adding a fictional patient, operation, baseline assessment and follow-up. Link both assessments to the same operation.
Choose filters in Analysis & reports, review the statistics and download a report or dataset.
Records are stored on the computer running the application. Identifiers have separate account permissions and are excluded from research exports. Local storage does not automatically encrypt data or guarantee anonymity.
This is a synthetic-data prototype with descriptive analysis. Real hospital deployment, multi-hospital collaboration and publication-specific statistical validation are future phases. The setup guide explains permissions, backups and current limitations.
The separate public demonstration explores outcomes across 240 fictional patients and opens directly in your browser.
